Began my teaching career in Brooklyn NY, curriculum writer in Chelsea, NY and currently working as a Literacy Coach and professional developer in Newark, NJ. |

James and I have two children James 12, and Julia 8. |
Life experiences:
I met and married my High School Sweetheart in 1991. Teaching has been a most rewarding profession for me. Our children have brought us endless hours of joy and happiness. |
My favorite things in school:
Teachers like Mrs. Bianchi and Mr. Quatrocchi helped develop my love for the Italian language. Taking a trip to Italy in Junior year with Mr. Q was certainly a highlight. Mr. Marmaud was an excellent English teacher and taught us to love and appreciate the classics. |
